Sunday at Promenade

Spent the entire day strolling around Promenade,Greenhills with my boyfriend M.
We put my unlimited movie pass to the test and began our adventure at lunch. We set off to Big Daddy's Chicken Chops(meal with soup 90php) where i finally got to taste the meal bloggers were raving about. M opted for the ever reliable lunch meal, Paotsin dumplings, while I had my share of original flavored chicken chops! My excitement gradually toned down as I took my first bite of chicken. Yes, it was juicy! Yes, it was flavorful, but the soup that came with it was bland and there wasn't anything particularly special about it. I thought it tasted okay. M was too busy with his dumplings to give an opinion. Hehe. Then, we headed to Promenade to get our movie tickets (Yes, unlimited and absolutely free!) and ventured off to Happy Lemon where I had my share of Roasted Milk Tea with Pearl Sago (Large 90php)

Magic 89.9 Boys Night Out Adventure

I just had to post this. *feeling social network-y at the moment*
A few hours back, I was dragged into an exciting surprise appearance at Magic 89.9's famous evening show Boys Night Out. Me, along with my two friends Hace and Sarah Bee and the great Kuya Earle who is a multi-talented thespian who happens to know all three famous hosts of the show! We  finally got to meet the men behind Boys Night Out in the flesh!Hahaha.:)
They were REALLY nice even if in the duration of our stay, we just stayed in a corner of their booth trying to be as discreet as possible. Anyway, we went there to plug for our event next week "SPECTRA: fusion of colors" which will happen on January 28th at the Lounge Bar,Tomas Morato. It's the first party launched by our school organization, the UP Speech Communication Association.

Lucky for us, we were given the opportunity to say a few extra things on-air like answer their poll questions and act as an extra in their hilarious mini-skits.

This isn't actually my first time in a radio station, because last semester, I went with my other friends Feliz and Reg to Magic's neighbor station Mellow 94.7 were we acted as guests for their student jocks program. Either way, having the opportunity to share information via radio is a invigorating and extremely exciting experience.
